PRODUCTS FOR RETURN

You have the right to return the products you bought and request their replacement - repair:

  • In all cases with proven fault of I-Tech, wrong products or products of poor and defective quality were sold (error in receiving the order, in the invoicing, in the shipment, damaged during transport). In addition, for all cases the product will need to be replaced-repaired must be accompanied by the original proof - purchase document or product warranty card. For all the above cases the products to be replaced-repaired must be in the condition received by the customer, complete and without damage and their packaging should be the one that normally accompanies the product (to agree the IMEI or the serial numbers - S / N of the products) and to be in excellent condition, together with all the documents that accompanied the product ( eg DAT, Ap. Retail and so on).

 

 

  • In all cases in which there was a problem / actual defect in the product (operation or quality) which is covered by the product warranty and if the warranty has been given by I-Tech. This provision does not cover products covered by third party warranties such as the manufacturer of the product or its official importer / distributor for the country.

 

 

  • In each case and for each product that is sent to us (for products under warranty) 1-3 working days are required for its receipt (from the department of receipts - shipments depending on the time period and workload) and 1 - 3 workable for inspection by us and send it to the respective dealer - importer - distributor for inspection, repair or replacement and return back to us

 

 

  • According to the policy of each manufacturer, your device can be replaced with another of the same type, if it does not work or malfunctions when first activated within 7 days from the date of purchase. In order to replace or credit the product, it must first be inspected by the technical department of the manufacturer-dealer-importer. Also, in order for the device to be accepted by the manufacturer-importer for replacement, it must not have been used improperly or have bad signs treatment (scratches, bumps, signs of oxidation, etc.). The product must be returned in full. Also the packaging should be complete and in excellent condition (exactly as purchased) without tears and with the serial numbers legible.



 

  • For products - devices without warranty that are sent for repair, costing, conversion, upgrade, replacement, 1-3 working days are required for its receipt (from the department of receipts - shipments) and 1 - 3 working days for its control by us and its information customer for repair costs. The times depend on the time period and the workload. The goal is always the fastest and best customer service

 

 

  • During the receipt, inspection, costing, sending to the respective dealership, repair you will be informed by text messages (SMS), by phone or by sending an email. It is necessary to inform us with your mobile phone number and your email, in writing by letter in your package or via email at info@i-techshop.gr

 

 

  • In any case and for all the above cases usually the maximum return period for repair or replacement of device can not be extended beyond ten (10) calendar days from the date of receipt except in rare cases of lack of spare part. In addition, for all cases the product to be replaced-repaired-checked must be accompanied by the original proof - purchase document or product warranty card. For all the above cases, the products to be replaced-repaired must be in the condition received by the customer, complete and without damage and their packaging must be the one that normally accompanies the product (to agree the IMEI or the serial numbers - S / N of the products) and to be in excellent condition, together with all the documents that accompanied the product (eg DAT, A. Retail, etc.). Prior to any return, it is recommended to consult the I-Tech Online Store. In any case, return and replacement is possible under the following conditions:

 

  • Contact the Online Store the same day or the next working day
  • The product has not been used
  • Has not been used improperly or bears signs of ill-treatment (scratches, bumps, distortions, signs of oxidation, etc.)
  • The product is accompanied by all the accessories and all the necessary documents that prove the transaction (eg DAT, Retail Rep. Etc.)

 

 

  • In case they are not returned within 10 days then I-TECH may not accept any return and replacement. Product return costs are borne by the customer.

 

  • Please fill in his e-mail form here (PRODUCT RETURN), explain the reason for the return and we will contact you immediately. Do not forget to photocopy the purchase document for the product warranty.
